How can I place an order?
Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our website. If you prefer to place your order by phone at 305-388-2194 we are available to assist you from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. (EST).
How quickly will I get my order?
All orders are processed and will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. If for some reason your order is delayed, we will contact you by email to let you know the status of your order. If for any reason you need a order shipped prior to 1-2 weeks, please indicate in "special instruction area" during check-out.
We can expedite any order please select "premium" during check-out.
Premium shipping is considered "rush", their is a $40.00 fee which includes shipping & rush fee.
The "premium shipping" is only available within the United States. In most cases premium orders are shipped UPS Next day service or UPS 2nd day.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges are not displayed. The reason for this is because shipping is based on your location. Contact me at [email protected] with your zipcode and I will be able to calculate it for you.
